Level 2 - A step up in intensity and pace with options for increased resistance and burn. The class is comprised of a fun, high-energy workout combining controlled, precise movements and more intense, dynamic sequences that challenge your core stability, coordination, and balance. You’ll be continuously moving and engaging different muscle groups, resulting in a high-energy session that leaves you feeling strong, empowered, and revitalised. Recommended to attend 3 Fundamentals classes first to familiarise yourself with the Reformer and movements.
