Cathy has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, having explored many styles including Hatha, Inyengar, Vinyasa and restorative. “I love how the practice of yoga continues to offer me new ways to move and be present in my body and mind. From creative asana sequences, to ancient philosophy and mythology, yoga reveals something new to me each time I delve into it.” Cathy is a 500hr qualified teacher, having completed training in Belfast, NI and Goa, India
