Yoga has been an integral part of my life for the past 14 years and continues to be my primary movement and self care practice. I use this multifaceted practice as a standalone discipline to strengthen and stretch my body, facilitating physical and mental wellness and as a complimentary practice to my other physical disciplines, be it running, hiking, swimming, gyming or just the general business and chaos of life!
Over the years I have found it to be a profoundly useful practice to Balance and Regulate my body and mind and nervous system.
I have dedicated the past 8 years to studying a variety of approaches, primarily Vinyasa yoga along with other trainings in Yin and Forest yoga. I began my training in London, and have traveled to Farnham, Cork, Switzerland and most recently The Alps to complete an advanced training with Simon Park.
I am currently completing an advanced 300h training with one of the world's most respected Vinyasa Flow teachers Jason Crandell.
I have found it to be an evolving practice and a lifetime exploration like well..everything else!
