Yoga
I have been practicing yoga for a number of years and in March 2024 I completed my teacher training in the birthplace of yoga, the beautiful Rishikesh, India. My classes are primarily a blend of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, exploring dynamic yet mindful and grounding sequences, moving with the breath and allowing time to linger and feel each asana. Some classes will incorporate more functional movements focused on strengthening and challenging the body. There are options and layers in every flow to offer something for everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or a more seasoned practitioner. I also have experience in facilitating Yin Yoga, Pranayama (breath work), guided meditation and Yoga Nidra and I will sometimes invite these elements into my classes. When I’m not doing yoga you can usually find me up a mountain with my pup Luna, or with a Guinness in hand in a Donegal pub.
