Grounding Flow
All levels vinyasa flow practice for those newer to the mat and experienced alike. We will move through our vinyasa flow sequence with an emphasis on grounding, calming and de-stressing, shifting our nervous system from action to restoration and transitioning into our evenings after a day on the go. Still be prepared to take optional moments of challenge approached in a grounded mindful way or choose the more mellow pathway. Expect to develop strength, mobility and flexibility in your body through slow steady work and using your breath to release and lengthen muscles in longer holds. Suitable for those newer to yoga and experienced students likewise.
