Prenatal Reformer

Gentle, controlled, supportive, low impact exercises supported by the reformer bed tailored for expectant mothers at all stages of pregnancy to maintain strength, flexibility and feel empowered in their changing bodies. Gentle on joints and ligaments whilst very effectively strengthening the key muscles to help support posture, stability, flexibility , childbirth and postpartum recovery in particular the core, the pelvic floor, arms, legs and glutes. Adaption for all trimesters and can also be modified for beginners and those more experienced.

Please note: You can attend from the beginning of your pregnancy right though however if you’re in your 3rd trimester and have not attended any reformer classes during the earlier stages of your pregnancy, it’s not recommended to start now. Please confirm with your healthcare provider that it’s suitable for you to attend low impact non load bearing exercise during your pregnancy, for most women exercise during pregnancy is encouraged and highly beneficial.
