Grounding Flow

All levels vinyasa flow practice for those newer to the mat and experienced alike. We will move through our vinyasa flow sequence with an emphasis on grounding, calming and de-stressing, shifting our nervous system from action to restoration and transitioning into our evenings after a day on the go. Still be prepared to take optional moments of challenge approached in a grounded mindful way or choose the more mellow pathway. Expect to develop strength, mobility and flexibility in your body through slow steady work and using your breath to release and lengthen muscles in longer holds. Suitable for those newer to yoga and experienced students likewise.

Flow to Restore

This class blends an active but slow and steady vinyasa flow with restorative elements to create a rejuvenating practice, that focuses on the breath, and mindful, conscious movement. Your breath will become your anchor, as you flow through a sequence of postures, with intention and awareness. Aideen weaves in elements of somatic movement, mindfulness, meditation and yoga philosophy to deepen your practice, and cultivate inner peace.

Beginners Series

A welcoming introduction to yoga or for those seeking a slower paced class. You will be guided through gentle, flowing sequences, linking breath with movement. This class builds flexibility, strength, and balance in a supportive and friendly environment, helping you feel relaxed, energised, and connected to your body and breath.

Yoga Flow

Moving at a slightly faster pace but still mindfully this class contains flows of postures linked together with options for more challenging postures should the student want them and other options for those who don’t. The class blends both flexibility and strength to balance the body and mind, prepare to sweat, to be challenged, to relax and feel better.

Warm Flow

Signature Yoga Flow with the additional element of heat. Heated to 28°C with our state of the art infrared heaters known to have multiple health benefits to introduce some sweat and a light cardio aspect.

Yang/Yin

This slower paced class focuses on stretching, relaxing, unwinding tension and ultimately preparing the body and mind to ease into the evening, a great rest day/recovery class. The first half of class includes gentle Hatha flows to stretch open move and the body to prepare to slow down in the second half of class which consists of held postures to facilitate deeper release in any tissues of the body which have become adhered or excessively tense. Re-balance a busy or fast paced life style to feel better in your body and mind.
