Aideen’s classes offers a sanctuary to find peace within. Classes, where tranquility meets movement.

Often less is more when it comes to Yoga. Over two decides of practice I have come to realise this.

Expect a slow, steady rejuvenating practice, focusing on the breath, and mindful, conscious movement. Your breath will become your anchor, as you flow through a sequence of postures, with intention and awareness. 

Aideen weaves in elements of somatic movement, mindfulness, meditation and yoga philosophy to deepen your practice, and cultivate inner peace.

Throughout her classes, Aideen will encourage you to listen to your body, and honour its wisdom. 

Her wish is that you carry the peace and awareness that you've cultivated, with you, throughout the rest of your day.
